In the wake of the Guida vs. Diaz fight, and the Franklin vs. Henderson matchup; I think there needs to be a movement for a new scoring format. MMA has outgrown the 10-point must system.

Affliction was a great event with great fights but all you guys could focus on was Tito Ortiz's poor commentary. The commentary as a whole was less than average, but the fights were great. Focus on that. Affliction exceeded my expectations.

Why does everyone focus on Fedor Emelianenko barely losing for three minutes (of a five round fight? Didn't Anderson Silva lose a whole round to Henderson? We all know what happened after that. I never saw someone get criticized for knocking their opponent out in three minutes. Fedor was never even damaged and didn't even have a mark on his face (that is rare for Fedor because he cuts and bruises easily.

… You have no excuse for not having Fedor listed as the top fighter. Everyone who follows MMA closely, and even the majority of fighters agree that Fedor is the best. Silva and GSP have lost to lighter and average to below average fighters.

Fedor hasn't.

While likely intended for humor, Breen's article comes off as written with an air of smug superiority rarely seen outside of a San Francisco drum circle.
